My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, although I wished I could have opened the window for some fresh air. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to the two Front Desk gentlemen, Wilson and Orlando. The location offered beautiful natural surroundings, with the sound of birds in the morning. The dining was satisfactory with a nice fruit selection. However, the facilities could use a bit of improvement.
